Vice President | Pat Dunlop (Curtin University)

Patrick Dunlop is an Associate Professor at the Curtin University Future of Work Institute and a registered Organisational Psychologist. His research interests relate to all the processes involved in personnel recruitment, assessment, and selection, which is where individual differences and good measurement can be important. Most recently, Patrick has been focusing on how generative AI influences the assessment of individual differences in high-stakes selection settings.
